"My family came in from out of state and they truly enjoyed the stay, they especially enjoyed the walkable grounds and the beauty it captures. The one thing that I did experience that needs to be highlighted and that is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! The Staff from the front desk to the housekeeping was SO KIND and HELPFUL to my family and I (which is HUGE for me). Thank you for a great experience and GREAT service. "

The free breakfast was minimal - eggs were watery, coffee and waffle stations were crowded, seems they could have set up second stations for these popular items. They appeared to be understaffed. "

"I had reserved a room back in March 2 months before our stay, so why would we be put in a ADA or Disability accessible room where the bedroom was only accessible thru the bathroom, then didn't have a privacy wall for the toilet and the bedroom being occupied by 3 people left egress and ingress very awkward.
