The close proximity to the London Heathrow Airport and the QUIETNESS of the room relatively to the 4th busyness Airport in the world!! It was amazingly quiet with Jet trafficking over the facility at take off!!

I appreciated the fact that the tube is easy to get to and easy to use to get to Heathrow. The hotel itself was comfortable and the restaurant had good menu choices.

The property is overrated and very expensive for what it provides. There is a lack of generosity. Small bottles of water should be complimentary with the room given what the hotel charges per night. Some Staff in Runway Bar very miserable looking and unfriendly.

I booked a king room but they gave me a queen. Then I found the A/C did not work. They offered to give me a fan. Imagine that! If I did not want to sleep, I would have booked a red eye flight and skipped the stay. I assume most people who stay here have an early flight to catch. So I asked to switch to another room. They were decent enough to let us move. This is almost midnight already. Then I found out they actually had king room but did not give it to me at initial check-in. I forgot to pack a British plug since this was the only night we stayed in England. They did not have a loaner. Other hotels would have loaned us an adapter.

Great location and ideal for an early flight. The entrance was not so easy to navigate when coming out of terminal 3 exit - led down some sort of service road thanks to google maps - but apart from that - very good.

A very convenient hotel when doing an overnight layover at Heathrow. An expensive option but one has to decide if the convenience is worth it. Two minutes from baggage pickup and likewise when checking in for your next flight. With a decent restaurant.

Room was excellent. Modern, clean, good toiletries, great bed. Blackout and soundproofing were both excellent. It could have used a coffee maker rather than just a kettle but that was fine. WiFi average but worked. Food and drink is overpriced for what you are getting - £18 for a cocktail, £25 for a burger, £11/£12 for a wine etc. Staff were nice

This hotel only exists as a place to stay for an early flight out of Heathrow or a stay between flights. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but you’re sort of trapped in the hotel. My wife and I had dinner in the restaurant- both the service and food were very good - the food prices were very high for the options available- but you know that going in. Best part - for terminals 2 and 3 - it’s a short easy walk with luggage to both terminals- and that’s the reason you stay at this hotel.

Food at restaurant was terrible and overpriced. Convenient location at Heathrow, but very noisy mechanical sounds (pipes banging)? Industrial laundry machine nearby maybe( kept us from sleeping for the few hours we had to sleep before our flight)
