Location and breakfast was very good. For some reason you couldn't flush toilet overnight. Tbere was just a small constant flow of water in bowl

Only one thing negative but is not the fault of the hotel is, the cabs to and from the hotel are quite expensive! Hotel was fabulous!!

I just loved the concept of having hotels attached to airport. Made my travel easy! Was able to catch National Express to visit family in Luton easily. Staff especially Alexanobal at frint desk was very professional and courteous. Will use again for future UK trips.

Best place to stay especially if you are flying out from terminal 4. You don’t have to leave the airport to get to it (Shuttles available to other terminals or use underground train). The rooms are well thought out for travellers- small things that matter like: ample usb port chargers, strategically located throughout the room, lights just where you need them, nice comfy chair with laptop work space, bathroom mirror that does not fog up - pleasant surprise, AND to top it off, sound proof room. Highly recommend.
