By far the view of the Tower Bridge and the water are the highlights of this hotel. The lobby area and restaurant is very nice. The rooms are quite outdated and could really use some care. Carpet was dirty in some areas and overall the room was dusty. I only stayed one night so I just dealt with it, but the hotel should really address this. The view of the Tower Bridge from my room though was remarkable and made the stay worth it.

The Tower Hotel is an excellent choice when visiting London. The views of The Tower Bridge and the Thames River are breathtaking! Most major points of interest in London (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc.) are under 5 miles from the hotel. The Tower of London is next door to the hotel which is a huge positive. I feel the rooms are a bit dated, and the air conditioning system wasn't working properly. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

The Tower Hotel is in the heart of the city. It was clean and lovely. The bathroom was great - bathtub and shower. The view of Tower Bridge was breathtaking. Definitely stay there again. Concierge was very helpful.

Air conditioning did not work. Staff did give us a fan, however, we had to sleep with windows open nightly. Thankfully it was cold at night so it worked out fine. I loved the room service options. Recommend a bridge view room because it made up for any inconvenience.

This hotel is a great location with the tower bridge right outside and walkable to Tower of London and bus stops. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms seem a bit dated. Still overall a great place to say!

Initial impressions of room very good, but drawers/wardrobes worn/tired. Long hair left in one of drawers, bins not emptied when room cleaned. Food poor quality for the price. On the plus side good location and views.

The stay was ok, location is great and restaurants are good, perfect to walk to all main attractions! Only bad things were tv in room did not work, cord to tv was frayed. bathtub filled with water when showering and when finally drained, crumbs, hair and dirt was brought up from drain… very gross. light switches were strange and no fan in the bathroom. toilet didn't flush properly when first arrived. Other than that it was not bad but not sure if we would stay again.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was not great at all. The carpets were dirty and dated, there was no hair dryer, the bathroom floor was tile which was old scuffed and looked dirty from chips, the bathroom had mold, the sink had a crack in the bowl, there was shampoo/body wash that was it, there were no face cloths. it was overall not worth the cost of the hotel. The lobby was well kept but the room was NOT! I will not stay here again.

The room was very hot. The weather was very good but even with the air conditioning turned to as low as possible, it was still too hot Buffet breakfast was good albeit a little busy and chaotic at times.

We choose to stay at The Tower Hotel because of its location. It’s very close to Tower Bridge, London Tower and the train station. Very well located. You can see many London attractions with a walkable distance. I choose a standard room and is just as promised. We would definitely return.

There was mold in the first room we got. It was really small. And the ac did not work. It was 75°f in the room and they said the ac wasn't on..... The second room they moved us to, because of the mold, was on the same floor. It had a worse view. Honestly, never coming here again.

This hotel is very rundown and that is a shame because it is right in front of the London bridge which is a prime location.

Loved this hotel! Staff was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, which was a life saver after getting no rest during our travels. We had a beautiful view of the marines, hopefully the next time we can have a view of the bridge. This hotel is number one for convenience, it is within 15 mins of seeing all the main tourist site. Also there is an Uber taxi that is super quick, wish we had known about it sooner. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Location of hotel is great for the area but that’s about all I can say for the hotel , the hotel itself , ac in room didn’t even work , exhaust fan for bathroom didn’t work , the shower area was such poor quality and the tub was like steeping down 2 feet out of the tub , the hotel itself looks like it needs to be refurbished, was definitely underwhelming inside the hotel
