"I reserved this property in January for a wedding in April. My family of 9 stayed at the property. There were adults and young children. Pros: 1. Large open space, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms and pool 2. The bathrooms supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers 3. The property had a great layout and beautifully decorated. Cons: 1. Communication with the property owner was very delayed. I requested for our reservation to be changed by 1 day due to flight changes. This required 6...

"The house is beautiful and well stocked. I stayed for Mother's day and my family and I enjoyed the beautiful gardens with several types of trees and flowers. The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome but the stone steps around the pool become very slick so please exercise caution. Overall we enjoyed a lovely family vacation nestled away in our own private space."

"Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!"

"This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Loved it!"

"This property was in good proximity to Disneyland, which was the basis of our vacation and stay in Anaheim. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was nice and clean. The amenities of having a pool table, big screen TVs, hot tub, and swimming pool made our family vacation enjoyable."

"Very impressed with the property. Would recommend only one improvement: We had 4 senior adults join us for dinner and conversation. The furnishings - table for only 4, uncomfortable couches - do not really accommodate this type of group visit. Recommend furniture upgrade/rearrangement."

"This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants."

"It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

"Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. He was attentive and responsive and even helped us with a story. Jose, the security head, was professional, made us feel at home, and most of all kept us safe. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
