Very clean. Comfortable beds. Plush linens. Nice touch with the air purifier. Every member of staff gave extraordinary service. Would stay again for long term stays. Only downfall is no microwave in the room we were in, but there was one available on the first floor.

Our room didn’t get serviced the first day and we had to call for clean towels after a long day out, and we waited for another half hour before we stopped a staff to pick up clean towels ourselves.

I was charged an early check in fee of $50 before check in/room availability but there were a ton of rooms ready. All of the people waiting in the lobby were checked in.

The property and staff are excellent. Their parking fee is a straight crime and hustle. I live in Manhattan and we don’t have these types of ridiculous parking fees. The hotel should be ashamed to charge someone $60 for self park of $80 valet. If you have a car, add $80 to the rate that is your true nightly rate!

I only stayed overnight but the staff is very nice and the place is beautiful. The room
Is clean as well. The bed is comfortable and the lightning is just right. The parking is close so we didnt need to do valley parking. All in all it was an amazing experience and i would come back and stay longer when I come back to LA again.

The parking fee was a total scam. Upon arrival I found out that parking was an additional $55, which really turned out to be $60. Using internet in the room resulted in an additional $15 charged to room. Beers were $10 at the hotel bar. There was only one receptionist working at check-in. There was only one person working the front desk when i checked out. I had higher expectations and will stay elsewhere in the future.

I arrived at 1:15am from a long International flight. I only waited 5 min for the shuttle at the airport and the check-in was completed in 5 minutes due to prepaid reservation. Staff was very accommodating for this exhausted traveler.

The air conditioner in our room didn't seem to cool the room enough. We did have to ask for a box fan at about 2:00 am in the morning.
