I reserved a comfort one bedroom apartment. It did not look like the photos posted on here or on their site. The comfort apartments are the same as executive ones. You might as well save money and reserve the executive. All the comfort apartments are facing the back or side of the building. It's not a great view although it is quieter than facing Gran Via. The sofa bed is uncomfortable and there were some damages to furniture, dinnerware, and decorations. It is difficult connecting to the Wifi. I did like having a full kitchen and washer. The location was great and close to the metro. I stayed there last year as well but it was in a two-bedroom apartment. I would recommend staying there if you're traveling with family.

Hotel/ Apartments are close to major attractions. Hop-on hop-off bus stop is right next to the hotel. Very convenient. Metro/rail stop is also very close but we didn't use the metro/rail. Area is quite busy with plenty of dining amd shopping options.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic stay. Spacious and clean. We were a party of 4 and the 2 bedroom was perfect. 2 adults 2 kids. It felt very safe and there was someone always at the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid.
