"Overall the property was very clean and tidy. The only thing I would suggest is that there should be a kettle in the room. Breakfast as much as it's delicious it starts from 8am. Personally I'm early bird and unfortunately couldn't have any coffee until 8. Some door hooks in the bathroom would be useful. Nowhere to put clothes. "

"This was my first experience in a hostel and overall it was great. I felt safe and I liked that I could book an all girls room. The beds were like little bee hives, and very spacious. I really liked that they had curtains. The bathrooms were mostly clean. If there was low toilet paper you just had to tell someone and they would replace it. "Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. (One example of this is the decking around the pool area that seems spongy in places.) The towels in the rooms were very scratchy and old. It seems like a small thing but having nice towels can make up for a lot in a hotel. There was no elevator...
