"The Kimberly is beautiful, and the staff was so friendly. The person at the front desk doted on my son and gave him a little Kimberly branded teddy bear keychain, which he loved. The rooms are spacious, very well appointed and comfortable, and close to many great food options. We especially loved breakfasts at the penthouse-level restaurant, with its amazing view. Could not recommend the Kimberly enough. It was terrific."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "
