Reception staffs not helpful couldn't understand them, bedroom was smelling like urine, kitchen utensils were broken,went to Kmart and bought new glasses and plates, it's meant to be a serviced apartments but no house keeping done.

Difficult to access, crowded and high stress lobby area. Unknown to us before we booked, Wi-Fi was in the “testing” phase aka did not work at all during our stay. One of our two showers had no hot water, and the other was unreliable — shifting between hot and cold constantly. We contacted the front desk about the water and were told someone would come up to fix it or they would move us to another room. Said they’d call us to settle it and never did. No one answers the phone at reception when we called. $200 for incidentals was a joke. We were told a note was put on our reservation for a late checkout. At regular checkout time two men entered our apartment and called out “reception” many times until I came out in my pajamas. Apologies were later made for that but it was unreasonable. We were told they had come in to move out all of the furniture from our rooms. Weird! Not in a central location, our room had a wonderful view of a construction site. Cheap furnishings, the lamp was peeling and led lights were falling down despite the place being almost brand new. No housekeeping. Reception is only open from 2-5pm. Not worth the price. I wouldn’t pay to stay there again. Seems like a scheme to make money until all units are rented out. Not a real hotel! I would have stayed almost anywhere else if I could have.

Smelly, reception is like a messy random room and the process is very slow and confusing, very unorganised and charge an extra $200 for bond when checking in. The room wasn’t ready at 2, or even 2:30… waited out the front for the cleaner to finish without an apology.

The place appeared very clean and closely resembled its pictures. However, on the first day, when we went to the grocery store near the hotel, we were shocked to discover its insecurity. Unfortunately, we encountered constant difficulties in contacting the hotel reception, as nobody would answer the phone.

Hotel is basic with no access to the gym/pool/social areas despite photos being showcased. Rooms are large but stuffy, no fans or aircons in the bedrooms. Unit was clean and tidy however tea towel for self contained unit was damp and smelt.

The property itself was nice enough, much smaller than the pictures though. Getting into reception was confusing and hard. Parking on the street is almost non-existent and you can't get into the carpark until after you've checked in. The 3 Bedroom apartment is advertised as 3 King beds, but that is a lie. It has 1 King bed in the main bedroom, the other 2 are either doubles or queens. The bathroom products are cheap and nasty, bring your own. Sadly for us another apartment on our level was playing loud music until 3am, and with no reception to call after hours this made for an uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't stay here again.

This property was fine but it was still I. The process of being finalised so the wifi was very sketchy and the kitchen sink hot water tap didn’t work. Overall, spacious, comfortable and clean. Also the closest property to Flemington Racecourse, where we were heading.

Not happy.
There was quite a lack in comfort, no additional towels, blankets, pillows or anything. They had additional fees for everything and anything possible, fee for additional cleaning like if they have to sweep or do the dishes but did not provide any cleaning cloths or anything. There were no face washers no blankets nothing for comfort. Lack of communication before check in to advise of all the additional fees.

After hours check in was easy. The kitchen equipment was basic but enough. The apartment had no air flow and was hot and stuffy, some windows did not open. It was very loud from trains and traffic outside. Views were good. Beds comfortable. Our fob key did not allow us to enter the roof top balcony.

Good and can be great.
It was nice but they need to communicate with Hotels.com or read the messages from guests. I had contacted and daid I would be a late check in and needed parking. Front desk had no idea and as I was travelling in a car by myself had to stop, pay and organise all. By the time I got there, had to navigate to actually find the building (not a hotel as such but a building with rooms scattered throughout). Only one towel, no bathmat or hand towel. I asked twice for both and eventually received them. The cleaning was surface snd they need to speak to housekeeping about washing floors and balcony. It was good just need to organise.

I have no issue with the accommodation itself- it was very practical and clean and accommodating. Bed could have been a little more comfortable, check in and location a bit problematic given all the building works….then there’s the extra $200 bond and ID you need to organise AFTER you’ve booked a room. You really don’t realise these extra details unless you read the fine print. Concierge said it takes 2-5 days to get the bond back. Just got an email saying I’ll get it back within 10 days……fingers crossed!

The apartment was brand new, and the smoke alarm was faulty. The staff were fantastic and found another room for us at short notice and because of this the Balcony area was not cleaned and was very dusty. This room was on the opposite side of the original room with a more pleasant view but unfortunately right near the train tracks making it noisy at times. The original room over looked a building sight and would have possibly been a bit noisy anyway. Being so new I don't think the floors were even sealed and they could face problems with this later, there was no plug for the kitchen sink, but I use the laundry one. We did not complain as we were out most of the time. I am sure all of these things will be rectified, and I would not hesitate to use liberty one in the future.

The building was nice, clean and new. There was no wifi and a lack of kitchen supplies, but overall a decent stay. Close to bus stops which made travelling into the city quite easy.

The apartment is brand new, all you need is there : washing mashine, fridge, dishwashing machine, toaster, cattle, oven and cooker. The appartement is spacious and nice. It is for 2 people only! as there is 1 specious bedroom and 1 living room with sofa, but sofa does not turn into the bed. The area around is still under construction, but it is quiet at night. Reception desk is open untill 5 p.m. and the staff is helpful.
