"Tiene una pequeña cocina pero no tienen trastes ni nada para cocinar. Solo dos vasos unos platos y nomás. Pienso yo que si tienes servicio de cocina debería tener unos pocos de trastes. Las puerta rechinan mucho un poco de aceite les cairia bien. Las camas el colchón muy duro o demaciado firme el colchón para mi gusto no pude dormir. Pero aparte de eso muy buen lugar muy limpio muy amplio. "

"I would stay here again. Overall, we had a great stay, but there are a few little things that could really improve the experience. The good: The employees were super friendly and helpful. "View from the rooftop is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). Building is still under construction, as well as several nearby buildings. So expect to hear pounding throughout the day. "The apartment is great and pretty central to Play del Carmen but we had issues with the noise - two buildings next door were being in construction and bars nearby blared music till around 1 am. Big props to Jose who's very nice and prompt responding to any requests - our 5 gal water dispenser bottle cracked at 11 pm and he promptly came to change it (the water dispenser option is a great feature in itself for foreign clients not wanting to drink the local tap water)."

"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and the service was eexcellent. They don't work for tips but if you give it, it will be good for their service. Buffet has various foods and it was delicious. I enjoyed lot of foods. They have lots of events at the property. Plenty of bars, resturent, swimming pools. As property is very huge, they provide shuttle service. If you like to walk you have plenty of areas. Nature friendly property. Drinks are really tasty. You must drink magarita with tequila. I highly recommend this property. "
