The only downside is unfortunately you will see unsavory individuals on roadsides and we even saw folks taking drugs on parking lots nearby. Be a little vigilant as you walk on the neighborhood. Our room was clean and quiet and l was comfortable enough for four adults in a one bedroom with one large sofa bed for two.
