"The bathrooms need repair and updating. The shower is very small and hard to use. The bathroom with bathtub, water pours on the floor and is a mess. Some of the door hinges make a lot of noise and need maintenance. The coffee maker and toaster are very small for 7 people who were in my group "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...

"It is located in a suburban area. There are good walking trails and good restaurants. The apartment comes with a kitchen, but you have to pay for the use of everything in the kitchen, including the dishes and cutlery . This is not made very clear by Expedia! The communication by the staff is quite vague by what to use and how to use it!"

"The apartment was extremely spacious and I loved staying in San Lorenzo and having the conveniences of a nearby grocery store, the young environment, and cheaper food after long touristy days in Rome. We had some technical difficulties with the apartment but the staff was always quick to help out. Overall I’d recommend it!"

"The central location was perfect for walking to all the sights we wanted to see - the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican and Colosseum. Quite noisy on the Friday night with a party going on in the apartment opposite, but this wouldn't be a problem in colder weather with the door closed."

"Location is perfect, breakfast was great, they have it dialed in with electronic check in and check out. Super convenient and quick and easy. It was so clean. The only thing I could say negative is the beds were a bit hard. But given the other ones we’ve stayed in Italy. Seems to be common and definitely not the worst bed we have stayed in. Would stay here 100 x over and recommend. The value for money was great. "

"When in Rome, STAY HERE! The location is excellent. Walking distance to all of the sites. On Via de Coranari so you walk out the door and you are on a pedestrian only street with great shopping and restaurants. The host went out of their way to help us with a taxi to the train station and mailed some postcards for me. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. No complaints at all!!’ Perfect stay!"

"My family and I stayed here in March 2024. The staff at the office was great. We asked them to coordinate pickup from the airport and their communication was excellent. Francesca answered every e-mail within a few minutes. The office is a 15 minute walk from the property and she walked us down there and showed us the unit. The apartment was a couple hundred yards from the Pantheon. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops all within a 5 minute walk. It is a good place for a long...
