"Dirty Hotel... Bad service (When I showed up in the check-in, I was told: Sorry NO rooms available in here, they let me walk 25 minutes caring 2 suitcases, and provide me a room in "no-hotel" location (stinky towel, bad smell in the room, no TV...) Moreover, they stole my money, I asked for a taxi service because my flight is taking off at 6AM, they took the fare in advance to assure the ride & the driver DID NOT SHOW UP... "The hospitality was outstanding. The owners arranged for me to have an airport transfer, who also walked me right to the door. I was welcomed with mint tea. The place is exactly as advertised in the pictures, with a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean. The Riad is only a 15 minute walk to the Medina, which is nice to have some peace and quiet. Overall 10/10."

"This was very friendly riad. Manager is super helpful, after checkin he tells you little about Fez and Medina. He can provide you a tour guide if you want. He printed me boarding pass for my flight because you need paper one and not on app. He can get you shuttle service. Only downside it was cold in the room."

"This is an idyllic property. Beautifully decorated rooms. Many different seating areas to relax in outside. Lovely pool. Excellent food served outdoors. Generous portions. Beer and wine available. What really makes the stay is the wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful. I loved my time there, perfect to relax and unwind after a 6 day trail ride and before flying home from the convenient airport of Quazazate. Highly recommended in every way! Thank you all!"

"The hotel is beautiful the only thing that wasn’t amazing, was the staff are not very observant. So if you wanted a drink or something to eat, you had to go up to them, because they were either out of sight or not very productive. But the views are breathtaking and the food is good, but as the menu is quite limited, I think 4 days max is enough. The breakfast for me lacked variety and got a bit boring. There is a farm and horse riding. But i would stay at this place if you are looking for...

"Centrally located, in the entrance to the Medina, close to the beach and fishing port. Rooms have the old style charm, excellent helpful staff, breakfast delicious and served. Roof top for stung views."

"Staff and services were amazing. Specially, Aziz was very very helpful providing information regarding visiting the city. He even got us a large water bottle around 11 pm when we forgot to buy from outside. Breakfast was good too. "

"1) room dark with no windows, claustrophobic 2) room damp and cold 3) room noisy, door opening directly to the small common reception area, with no privacy 4) riad share a wall with a small mosque and every morning at 5:30 am woken up by the muezzin and his poorly functioning microphone which sounded like in the room itself. this will go on for at least 10 minutes to wake you up for good. all of these points need to be listed on the site of the hotel and on expedia so not to deceive the...

"This is a small hotel, one hour south of Marrakesh. It was a nice drive through a couple of villages and slowly climbing but you're in no way at a significant altitude. I asked for a car to take us from our hotel in Marrakesh. That was fine but in hindsight I should have arranged it myself and probably saved myself half the 70 euros I did pay. "Fantastic place, an oasis near Marrakech with beautiful gardens. Polite and calm staff and a lovely pool. Plus two of the friendliest dogs you'll ever meet. Cool music, too!"

"According to locals this used to be very good, since Covid it has falling in disrepair. We checking in at night to a dark lobby only reception had light. Our room was moldy around the air conditioner and sink which was also filthy. The toilet seat was not attached and toilet dirty. We didn’t stay and didn’t receive our deposit back. "
