Only slight criticism, which is more of a suggestion, really - perhaps the introduction of a small 'welcome pack' for guests who arrive late at night (milk, breakfast teabags, etc) so they have food for the first morning of their stay....? "Staff was friendly. Helped us when Expedia had canceled our reservation for some reason. I suggest not to look out the balcony to the back ally. Some very bad activity but some stories to bring home. The city of Naples is not clean. Nothing to do with the property but just not nice area like Rome. It was nice that they didn’t rush us out at check out time. "
