"This was a beautiful place to stay for a week. It is an apartment on the bottom floor, which it clearly states, so there is some floor noise, so if you are a light sleeper take ear plugs. Host was so nice, and the view was incredible! Very comfortable. So much nicer than a hotel, glad we stayed there! This place is now on our favorites!"

"The property was beautiful, our family had an amazing time. It was so nice that you get in the hot tub and see the beautiful view of the ocean. You are so close to the ocean and they have a gate that leads right down to the beach. They deliver breakfast to your room every morning. The whole stay was phenomenal. "We really enjoyed our stay. House was as advertised. Clean with sufficient room for two families with one child each. Views from the main room (which includes the living room, dining room and kitchen) were amazing. And great views from the upstairs bedrooms too. Overlooks Beverly Beach. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. the only takeaway was that our 1 bedroom unit with a king bed had a mattress that had poor support on the right side which caused back aches. It needs to be replaced."

"Perfect! The view and accommodations were the best. Our daughter from Florida was visiting and Nye Beach awed her. The house was set up with everything we needed - I brought our beach towels and towels we use for our dog BUT the house even provided both! LOCATION is perfection and we loved it!
