"The restaurant served good food and staffs are veey friendly. The only concern will be the noise from next door. My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. Hopefully the hotel should look into this, maybe the maintenance issue."

"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Cute space with a feeling of a tropical oasis. Very quiet and lovely decoration. Bed was comfortable and large, outdoor balcony was appreciated with views towards the little river. Staff were friendly and helpful - arranging laundry and drivers for us. Very quick walk to center of town but good restaurants just next door if needed. Walkable to some of the main sights too. Thank you!"

"Nice to be just off the main street for some peace and quiet. They rented me a motorbike for 100k per day which got us everywhere. Good breakfast, nice pool. Lot of flowers and the rice paddies made a great view."

"Rooms are clean, breakfast is included and the price was great but what really made our stay special was Tony (the owner) who went out of his way to delight us. He arranged bike rentals for us (and even fixed things twice when we had bike issues). He also arranged taxis, got our breakfast order prepped the night before once he heard we wanted to leave early and let us have a really late check out.
