"We have stayed here many times before, and have always been satisfied. Due to traffic delays, we found that we were going to arrive later than 10pm, so we phoned the number given and left a message. We also phoned Hotels.com to ensure that the message got through. On our arrival we were pleased to find our message had, indeed, got through and the staff were still expecting us. We had a comfortable night's sleep."

One word of warning, and this is an expedia issue is that the pin location that they have set for this hotel is 1.8 miles off, meaning if you are there for an event you are 35-40 minutes walk away from where you thought you was. "Struggled to find the place got sat navved. The room was not huge but the bed was very comfortable I got some quality sleep and the breakfast was very good with a wide choice. Very convenient for the city centre. Car parking was a touch expensive £15.95 for 24hrs in the old narrow laned multi storey virtually next door. I could have saved some money getting the NCP app prior then it would have been £9. But it was all a bit last minute as I had been bumped from a booking elsewhere that fell...
