The property says smoke free area, could smell tobacco all the time. Trash can was full and overflowing at the entrance, never emptied for two days in a row. Should provide minimum two water bottles per room per day. My request for a microwave and a mini fridge was fulfilled. During our three nights stay, room cleaning service was not provided

Surprise $50 “damage deposit” added on to bill…although this will be refunded but not for a several weeks. What??? No face cloths in bathroom and no hair dryer (hope I don’t get charged for that!!) What appeared to be a very nice restaurant/bar area was completely dark and closed…..no longer in service I was told. Hidden costs added on. This was no bargain. Disappointed.

Hotel is clearly understaffed and the staff are doing their best. This was extremely clear. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but just overworked. Pool area was left littered with towels from day before, no towels restocked and pool in need of a cleaning. Breakfast area was clean and tidy. Continental breakfast is minimal. Room was mostly clean. Opened fridge to find items left from last guest but nothing disgusting, just a leftover drink. There was a hole in the wall beneath the sink leaving the plumbing exposed. Things like this were visible across the property. Rooms were very quiet and ac worked very well. We werent dissatisfied completely with the stay, but in the future would not be returning and wouldnt recommend it to others.

The rooms were solid, big enough with some nice windows. My main issue was that I chose the property specifically for the laundry, which happened to be out of service. But for the price, I guess you can’t complain, and as a bonus, there is a convenience mart within walking distance.
