"It was unbearably hot in the room. Screen on sliding door was broken so we couldn't leave the door open. Only one of three windows had a screen. Thermostat was set to off but one of the electric heaters was blasting heat. It was a very uncomfortably hot night with only one window open. Air conditioner was not installed. "Brought together 12 of us plus a baby to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The Lodge provided us with room and bathroom for everyone couple. It was wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces to chat, play games and sit around a campfire. We loved the kayaks! The kitchen had plenty of space to cook and a couple of large tables to eat at. We can’t wait to go back Trevor was a wonderful host who answered all our questions promptly. Thank you Trevor. We will be back"

"We stay in this wonderful place near Old Killaloe with my family. Maria was super nice and welcome us with very tasty muffins and fresh tomatoes directly from the garden. It was really easy to communicate with her. The lodge is completely independent but if you need something, you just cross to the main house where Maria stay. The place was clean, all furnished, fully equipped (tv, books, board games) and just renovated. The garden is really beautiful and we just take a walk with my kid to see...
