"The shuttle system is a disaster. We wasted 60 minutes waiting for the shuttle and the driver came and didn’t allow us to take it, because we were not in the line. You don’t explain in the instructions for the shuttle that there is a line. The driver was completely aggressive. He yelled at all the costumers saying: get off, let see if I have room. Some of them were in line for a second time, after being refused already. All the costumers were complaining and tired of waiting. We saw shuttles...

"Being a 'golden ager' traveler, all the "state of the art" usage was a bit nerve racking. While the available staff was helpful at times, ole fashion hands-on customer services should never die. The bed against the window took the opportunity to enjoy the view away :( Loved the rooftop atmosphere, but why call it "Night Swim Rooftop Bar" when you can't enjoy the pool at night :| "

"We got of the cruise ship super early and even though check in was at 4pm, they let us leave our luggage so we didn’t have to tote if around all day. Then we showed back up at 2:30 in hopes of our room being ready, even though it wasn’t they still let us check in early so when it was ready we could go straight up. The service was wonderful and welcoming. The decorations are so cute and the whole place felt like home. Loved it!!"

"Great location, friendly staff, affordable for the area, I went on a bay cruise tour halfway through the stay and found out the property was part of the tour for a good reason! Only complaints were that housekeeping dropped the ball a couple times, and parking was not really good. It’s either valet or sell an organ for metered parking. Not ideal. Valet was friendly and professional though. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. "
