I picked this place because I had a car but due to bad weather, I arrived later than anticipated and was unable to see Venice that night. "Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"The host was really accommodating and gracious. The property is cute and spotless and in a perfect location Steps from the bus stop to a 10 minute ride to Venice. It is on a nice quiet, secluded street but close enough to Venice to have some fun."

"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"

You will not find a host as dedicated as Alessandro. He met us at the vaporetto stop, got us settled and spent quite some time giving us advice and tips on how to have an amazing Venice experience. You will not be disappointed - we found it to be a true gem."

"Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. "Wow - accommodation was like home from home. Everything you could need. Federica is lovely - very helpful and informative. Accommodation is well placed to visit the Veneto/Emilia Romana areas. "This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. "I stayed for one week during the Biennale - a great place in the more touristy part of the City, but still quiet enough for a very good night's sleep. Central and walkable to all destinations within the city (5' to Piazza San Marco; 25' to the train station, 25' to the Biennale etc..) Be aware of mosquitos in Venice due to the canals, so if you don't like them, bring some spray. Also, the Internet in the apartment was slow, so if you also need to work, bring some patience (and maybe one...

"An absolutely delightful house, spacious, comfortable and stylish with great outdoor space in a charming, authentic area, just a few steps from a busy, working canal that's constantly fascinating. It's away from the crowds and madness of parts of the city but just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants and shops and with three vaporetto stops really close by including the one from the airport. Rita is a star host, unfailingly helpful and accessible at all times. Do ask for her...

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "
