The staff were very friendly and accommodating! I'd definitely come back for another stay! The only this is that the food options are limited if you do not have a car, as I spent a lot on food delivery during my stay.

Staffs and facility are pretty good room are nice ;however, the bathroom was have heavy urine smell and I have mop myself on the floor.

Hotel lobby and restaurant are clean and well kept but unfortunately the rooms are in very poor condition. Carpets full of stains, dirty stains on walls, spider webs and toilet was smelly( I had to buy air freshener) We changed rooms but got a worse room! No fridge and carpet had more stains than the first room. The staff who was on duty at the time seemed frustrated that I was asking for a clean room. The rooms do not reflect the prices paid in my opinion. I traveled with small children which made the unclean rooms an issue as if it as just me I would have just got on with it. wouldn’t stay again!

What they dont tell you
The hotel has changed its names so notices in the airport dont apply and taxi etc dont know where it is, There is an email to pick the shuttle (5 euros each way) if you can find and its running, It stops before 23.00! When its not running finding transport to get to the hotel is difficult and expensive. The hotel is situated closed to the highway and sound proofing is poor and therefore the rooms are noisy. Like other Best Western hotels its old, seen better days and is in dire need of an upgrade. You are better off pay a little more and staying closer to the airport
