"For the money, this was amazing. Very polite and helpful staff - much more so than other hotels at considerably more. We wanted a twin room and were originally assigned a double. They apologised and found us another room (upgraded too) and moved our bags as we went to the theatre over the road. Breakfast very fresh, lots of choice including gluten free options. Onsite hotel parking was a great bonus too, it cost money but no more than the local NCP. Would happily stay again. "

"Our hotel stay was exceptional and very good. The only problem we had was the aircon didnt work. The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again. The hotel is very central near shops restaurants and cardiff queen st train station."

"We love coming to Celtic Manor this is our favourite place as we got married at the lodge there back in 2010 . We normally book through the main website but as times are hard we looked at an alternate site which was exactly the same as the main site saving us £80 . We always enjoy our time at Celtic Manor "
