"The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express. Rooms are small but clean, quiet and well equipped. There were USB and USB-C ports so adaptors were not needed which is always nice. The woman at reception was very helpful. There’s no lift so be prepared for some stairs. "

Property was central to so many sights in London. Room and hotel was clean and very comfortable…complimentary water provided each day, cafe in the lobby was perfect. "

"Door to bathroom was broken. We were finally moved to another room but the room should never have been released by housekeeping initially. Original room faced major construction. I think hotel tried to get rid of the room because it was “ prepaid”. Our friends checked in at the same time and were given an upgraded room ( they didn’t prepay)"

"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. "Pros: Amazing location, beautiful neighborhood, pretty building overlooking a private park. Easy access to 5 different tube lines and several bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants. Cons: The rooms are tiny! Nowhere to sit other than bed. Can get noisy - you hear people in the hallway and other rooms. Overall, we'd stay here again - or look for something quieter/bigger in same area."
