The resort itself looked like it was maintained better than Disney staff. Very friendly staff. Yes, like all employers there’s a few bad apples that. I had friends there at the same time that did the “Excellence Club.” It’s not worth the up charge, so don’t get sucked into purchasing that. Additional services, items in resort stores, etc, are ridiculously overpriced… try it to forget anything. It’s better to do any souvenir shopping at the airport or offsite (if you dare to go offsite).
