"Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. The receptionist ensured me that I could get the same selection of food at the bar since the restaurant was closing. Two selections were shot down immediately. Genuine, friendly, happy - even the guy in the restaurant that served us a late dinner and then breakfast the following morning. I need some of that positive energy!
