"There were five of us staying at the house. It was lovely. The house was spacious. The furnishings were very nice. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were large and roomy with heated floors. There was a large soaking tub in the main bath. The beds were comfortable. The view from the main bedroom and outside deck was spectacular. We spent time on the deck enjoying the weather and view from the outdoor dining table and furniture. We enjoyed our time here. You won’t regret staying here!"

"I stayed here for a week and was very happy. The unit is in a safe and quiet neighborhood located only about 1.5 km from town center (n.b., I loved walking to town and back every day). "Great townhouse that suited our family of 5. Good quality linen and towels to use. Very well insulated, lovely gas fireplace for ambience, very comfortable place to stay. There are extensive roadworks directly outside the property which was frustrating at times and we did call noise control on our first night at 11pm to shut them down."

"It was a great place to stay. Really lovely and easy and accessible. The apartment is split into an upper room with two rooms in the basement. This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night. Great Place to Stay in Queenstown
"The Heritage was an awesome place to stay at in Queenstown. We had a lake view room with a balcony and it did not disappoint as the views were spectacular. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant had a very good dinner menu and the breakfast buffet was also very good. The bar had a very good selection and had Allan Scott wines on tap. I used the hot tub and it was good although I would have liked it a couple degrees warmer. Parking in the garage was ample and safe. We walked to town one day and it is about a 20 minute downhill walk. I would not walk back as the hill is steep (ie reason for the great views). We took a taxi back after visiting town and it was reasonable ($NZ25-30). I enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again. "
