Very tiny room, no chairs, no desk, can’t even put our luggage on the floor(there is huge iron support post in the room and makes room smaller).the shower floor is very very slippery!!!

The room was clean and very new, no signs of any wear and tear. The bathroom was smaller than i expexted. There was an RXJ gurder in front of the window running from left to right at approx 45degrees. Could have done without that. Bed was comfortable. Having a heat pump was great. Overall the room was fine, just on the small side.

This is a brand new hotel that is in a tourist town and failed to include enough parking places to accommodate the number of hotel guests. We arrived at 10:15 pm and front desk was closed for night. Key was in a lockbox and found out in morming that I had illegally parked in a parking spot owned by a neighbor. Overflow parking is in a pay for parking lot several hundred yards away from hotel.

The problem with this place is it has zero window that you can open to get fresh air from outside so the room is always stuffy. The kitchen has minimal equipment to cook a proper meal. At most you can do is frying some eggs. There is no designated parking and free parking on the property is limited. There is free parking nearby but you may risk getting a ticket if you don’t move it by 6 am. It’s convenient if you want to hike around and 10-15 minutes drive to Queenstown.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. In our room, the air conditioning didn’t work well enough and it was too warm for us both during the day and overnight. The WiFi didn’t work in our room either and we were told they would have to have their technician fix it. We were there for 2 nights and neither the air conditioning nor the WiFi were fixed in that time. The front reception is only open until 8 pm so there is no one to help after that time. For a nice hotel like this, we expect reception would be open until 10 pm and that they would have someone to fix A/C and WiFi on the premises.

Great stay! No problems. Front desk was very helpful with getting us extra laundry detergent and with having dinner delivered to the hotel. We loved having a washer and dryer in our room!

A very nice hotel. I think it’s brand new. About 20 mins out from Downtown Queenstown, about 5 mins from airport. Well stay here again!

We loved our stay and it was so convenient being close to airport. Staff were gorgeous, room was great . Our view was a bit yuck but no one’s fault, it’s a building site outside. The mountains looked great when we were outside. Walking distance to supermarket , cafes etc. we’ll go back for sure :)

Great location for families
We enjoyed being 5 mins walk from the Remarkable Shopping Centre with good supermarket, eateries and bus transport to town centre and Arrowtown. Also there are fun indoor activities for kids, summer market and a good library just up the road. The apartment itself has all you need, including washer and dryer though not internet/tv connection which was frustrating for kids. Also the good cafe downstairs was closed in this peak holiday time which was very disappointing. Although there was initially poor communication with reception staff I was impressed at their handling of a midnight fire alarm crisis - fortunately a false alarm but evacuation went perfectly.

While our area is not CBD, there are cafes, restaurants, retail shops, and a supermarket within a 2-minute walk from our hotel. There's also Five Mile Shopping Centre, with plenty more options (including banks and Kmart), just a 5-minute drive from our hotel. Our best asset is being close to the airport, near the mountains, and surrounded by nature, while still having the necessary shops around. We hope to see you again next time!

Convenient location for our early flights as we were able to walk in about 20 minutes. Room was small but perfectly OK for a one night stay. A pity that the downstairs cafe has limited hours as we would’ve liked to get coffee and snack. Limited range nearby.

Overall clean and tidy. No restaurant though. Cafe on the ground floor to buy a coffee in the morning. That’s it. No one in reception after 9pm which was a surprise with many flights arriving after this time at the nearby airport. Easy access from the Queenstown airport (walking distance) so very handy.

The cafe in our lobby is indeed open for breakfast and lunch only, but there are many alternatives for snacks and dinner within walking distance from our hotel. Our reception closes at 9 p.m. but we have a very easy and user-friendly system for late arrivals, and a night Duty Manager in house in case of emergencies. We hope to see you again soon!

Our parking facilities are limited, but, while other hotels will charge their guests up to 35 for parking, we try to do our best for our guests by offering it for free, and there are alternative parking facilities just across the road for only 10 per night.
