Convenience is the big plus here but perfectly adequate for short stay. Many people go straight to other destinations but Ravenna is well worth spending some time in. Much nicer than Bologna"

"Center of the old town directly across from the fabulous Mercato Coperto. A small guest house with only 7 rooms. There is a lift but all rooms require some stairs. The room was spacious - largest of the 4 rooms in the last 12 days. It’s decorated in keeping with the restored period building it is in. Like most Italian hotels in summer, the A/C is underpowered. Staff very helpful and welcoming."
