"From the moment I booked this listing in January our host were great. Accurate and easy-to-understand directions were left with no detail overlooked. The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance. All in all, we are looking for an excuse to visit again. 5 STARS MUST STAY SEE YA SOON"

"This newly renovated, clean property is a great place to stay in Reno. We stayed while visiting our son at UNR. There was space for my two teens to hang out on their own while also having plenty of space to hang out as a family. We had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen was stocked with necessities, the bathrooms had toiletries and plenty of towels."

"I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"The property was comfortable, clean, well stocked and had an easy check in - Ashleen even offered an early check in unprompted! There was coffee for the Keurig, small creamers, and snacks out for our arrival which was such a sweet bonus to an already great property. We were visiting friends in the neighborhood and this was great for two families (4 adults/5 kids) to share! Would have easily accommodated more people. Highly recommend."

"This place was great. Clean and was private enough for the three of us on our work trip. Theres a great little store down the street (walking distance) to get all of your health food. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is easy to get to nearby food spots. Would love to stay again. Also Nic was great and sent our CEO's ear pods back that he left at the property."

The owner has thought of everything that one might need to make the stay comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the neighborhood is cute and close to downtown. It's a great house and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Lovely home! Large kitchen (island) work area. (If you are cooking for a large family, you should bring bigger cooking pans.) Back yard is great for a big family. Attached apartment is nice for extra family, and disabled persons. Limited parking for a large family. Its a quiet neighborhood, so outdoor activities are cut short at 9pm. The host, Victoria, is very kind and helpful and responds quickly. This property is in a safe neighborhood, but also far away from amenities. Thanks again!"

"This home was stocked with everything we needed and the kids loved the backyard area with hoop and games. Great home for larger groups. Comfortable and appreciated each bedroom had fans as well. We enjoyed our stay!"
