"We enjoyed the location of this hotel as its very close to the Vatican. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and everything was delicious. The front desk staff was not very welcoming but they did store our luggage before we checked in. When calling to inquire how to get back from the Coliseum after walking many miles in the heat, I was yelled at by a female front desk employee. She was of little help and very frustrating to deal with. It's difficult to flag down a cab in Rome...

"This hotel is very well located, walking distance from ma y important sites, including the Pantheon, the Coloseum, the Forum, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. And yet, it is removed from the very center of the tourist crowds. Excellent restaurants are all also in walking distance. The only time we travelled by taxi was to visit the Vatican. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The rooftop restaurant is a gem, providing a bird's eye view of the surrounding area....
