The pool was having its annual cleaning. I wanted a hotel with a pool to keep my teenagers entertained without screens. We could go to a sister hotel and use their pool, but it’s just not the same as being able to walk down the hall and having a room to change and shower in

I found ants inside my room coming from the baseboards. The room I was given was in poor shape. It wasn't cleaned very well when I arrived.

This place was very dirty. Dirty towels. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone from the phone. Very noisy and felt like an unsafe area and place to stay. Pool and hot tub out of order. Would not recommend

There wasn’t a restaurant when it said there was one on the website. The entire hotel was full of kids so there was never time for the pool/hot tub. Was hard to relax in my own room because of the loud noises/banging on doors/walls. Had to switch Hotels unfortunately. The man at the desk was great though.

We booked this hotel a year in advance for a dance competition. I booked it with free cancelation withing 48 hours of the stay. 2 weeks prior to the date I tried to cancel 2 of the 5 nights because my daughter didn't dance the first 2 days. The only way we could cancel those 2 days was to cancel the entire trip and rebook for the other 3 nights. Doing that caused my room price to double each night. They accommodated some people and not others. Then we got there to check in and the front door had a bunch of homeless people right in front of it. When we brought it to their attention at the front desk they told us they were harmless. Then we got into our room, there was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door and the tub had a bunch of hair in it. Floors were definitely not even swept. It was late so we just dealt with it. The next day our key stopped working for the side door so we had to use the front door and every time we did the staff at the front desk would stop us in a very rude manner and drill us about walking through the front door even though we had a key. They did not fix the side door so this became highly frustrating. When we went to check out we waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk before we gave up and just left the key. Overall our experience was not a great one and based on our entire dance team their experience was not great either. We will not be back.

The room smelled very badly. There were stains on the towels. No towels for the pool. The room did not feel clean. The pool area was full of bandaids and hair all over the pool deck. Which is very slippery and myself and my children both fell.

Very clean Breakfast was great. It is located in a noisy part of town, and I found the sound carried between rooms as well
