"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The pictures online didn’t quite look the same to me however the service was spectacular, the area is safe, and the pool was great. You do have to pay for parking $24 a night. The bed was very comfortable, and the water was hot. I booked this for the OC HOAG marathon and lots of runners stayed here, it was a very pleasant and quiet place. The staff gave us water which was very hospitable. I have no complaints. "

"The breakfast staff was rude. The front desk was upset he had to drive airport shuttle as no one was available. He was so angry and kept repeating it isn’t his job and he will lose his job for driving the hotel’s airport shuttle van "
