"Staff are so friendly and always make sure you have anything you need Included buffet breakfast had lots of options , meats , cheeses, hot sausages and options of made to order eggs. Fruits, pastries and rice, noodle and hot/cold drinks. Great value. Massage package excellent Rooms very well equipped, ate in the restaurant for dinner and good portion sizes , hot and tasty. Lovely pool area and nice decor. Thank you so much to every member of staff who made our stay so enjoyable!"

"Love the Respati, great location, rooms are clean and spacious. Thr gardens are lovely. Pool is ok, nothing special but prefer using the beach. Food at the restaurant is good except the beef bacon in breakfast buffet. We made a suggestion that staff come down to the beach to serve drinks and food instead of having to go up and order it. Staff are lovely, very friendly and makes for a lovely atmosphere. Wouldabsolutelyrecommend. "

"Beautiful hotel, staff are amazing! Hotel and grounds are lacking Bali vibe and while renovations are underway and beautiful, I can’t believe they are not replacing the balconies with glass, a missed opportunity to showcase the amazing views. Beach was very dirty and so much floating garbage, staff don’t seem to care much about it. Yoga classes in the morning were great and overall it is a great resort, just not much to do there. "

"The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms...
