"We were sad that the hot tub wasn't working when we arrived. We had been excited to relax our bodies after hiking the Redwoods. The front desk staff understood that and upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi tub! The manager was so kind, and the gentleman who brought up the extra rollaway beds/bedding was helpful. We chatted with him for a while, and he shared some tips for our trip. Also, the breakfast was AMAZING...those little omelets were so yummy! "

"We had a great stay at this charming, historical lodge! The history page at the beginning of the binder in each guest room was great and informative, we really enjoyed that as an introduction to the place and surrounding area. This was part of a longer roadtrip along the west coast, and we ended up getting there around 10pm after stopping at more beaches than expected, but the lovely front desk lady called at 8pm and let us know that staff would be leaving overnight but that she had set us up...
