"Everything is good, but just the washing machine and dryer are sucks. Don’t wash your laundry at the hotel . It takes forever to dry."

"The hotel is updated and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet has good options. And since the baked goods come from the bakery in the lobby, they are on point. The area felt safe. There are a few train options within 5-10 minutes of walking through the park. Shinjuku station is probably more like 15-20 minutes of walking away. Do not miss the observatory at the government building towers."

"Smooth check in and checkout. Staff was excellent and booked us a taxi to our cruise ship. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. It was clean with a very large bathroom. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery."

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "
