"Good, comfortable hotel. The room was big and the bed was clean and comfy. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast and evening meal were both good. I would be happy to stay there again."

"One of the best b and b’s we’ve ever stayed in. Great location, we could actually see the sea from our room although it’s not a seafront location. Our room was huge, with a big comfy bed, a fridge, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities and a lovely en-suite shower room. Plenty of hot water and big fluffy towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no hand wash. In the morning, we had a lovely full English with the best hash browns I’ve ever had. Service was very friendly throughout. We will definitely stay here again when we next come. "

"We can recommend this hotel unreservedly. Staff went out of their way to help us with our problems and make us comfortable. We first had to change our reservation due to the train strike and Joey took care of that, next we wanted twin instead of double beds and Emily took care of that. Everytime we asked for help they were able to do something. The hotel is very conveniently located in the high street, clean and welcoming. Food in the bar is excellent."
