Room has jalousie windows and we had some guests have a full blown convo at 1:30am outside our room that we had to deal with ourselves. "First day our reservation was not what we expected. After talking with Sundays day manager, Lauren, our accomodations were taken care of and we had an amazing stay. The only thing I would have loved to change was to stay longer. Service all around was excellent and friendly. Nobody seemed like it was just a job. Everyone was courteous and seemed to go out of their way to help or answer any questions. We are very hopeful to return again next year. Each year seems to be better and better. "
