A simple one kilometer walk to the fish and chip shop in Saint Mary's, that was good food too, especially the scalloped potatoes that are sliced thinly battered and then deep fried like a piece of fish. "This is the best-looking property on the street. The wrought iron railings on the first floor and second floor balcony are nicely done. Our second floor room had a large armoire, a small bathroom (that needs updating), a desk and chair, and a comfortable bed. The breakfast room was bright and cheery. "It was great to have an affordable stay in the middle of Sydney with the family, be able to walk everywhere and see the sights. The rooms were really lovely, with heaps of space for the family. Felt very safe too when we had a fire alarm go off... there was great communication and awareness for all residents to leave the building safely.
