We were assigned a room on the “first floor” which we considered to be a basement as you had to take the elevator down. It was noisy as the arcade and waterpark were all there. The balcony room I reserved was opened up to a cellar wall. We voiced our disappointment and dissatisfaction as I specifically booked a balcony for the Mountain Views. I must give an extra extra special thank you to Sylvester at the front desk as he went above and beyond to accommodate us - he had us waiting in the assigned room, then came to inform us that another room was available for us on the 4th floor - room 404 had the exact Mountain View that we needed - it was spectacular. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed every bit of it. I wanted to tell Sylvester thank you in person but each time I pass by the front desk, I was told he was not there. His professionalism and willingness to make a customer happy and satisfied should be rewarded. Please consider him for a promotion. I would visit again because of the excellent customer service I received.
