"The facility is great, but our shower was terrible. The shower head is screwed on improperly and squirted water all over the bathroom. Everything in the bathroom was soaked. We reported it to the front desk when we left. "

"Having access to all of the different water parks all within a few feet of where youre sleeping is a huge perk when traveling with littles. The lifeguards at each location at very impressive and highly trained. Lots of food options on site, you truly never have to leave the resort. We love coming here. "

"Great location in an urban setting. Need room key for hotel entrance, parking and elevators. However, it becomes a habit very quickly. "

"Hotel was really nice service and valets were excellent. Only complaint was the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed fully and the indoor pool was freezing room was heated pool was not. Overall excellent stay definitely would go back."
