"Check-in line was so long. I didn't understand why just 2 people overcome all of the people maybe 50 person. We requestes kind of things like spoon, fork etc. they wanted the charge it like 5 to 10 dollars, therewith we left that. "

"The hotel is convenient and easy to get around. The restaurant choices were good and it is close to other casinos so walking around is easy. Like having a CVS connected to it with a great selection of liquor and snacks to have in the room if you want. Pool was busy and slightly dated but was fun. Overall great experience. "

"Hotel was conveniently located. I appreciated the AI concierge, Ava. We used it to recommend some activities and it was very helpful! We needed extra towels and got some very quickly. There was a large soaking tub in our room which was nice! The only downside to our stay is we were directly under the service elevator and it would move very early in the morning and was very loud. I am not sure how to ensure your room is not under the service elevator, but wish I did."
