"Excellent, loved the vibe of the property. Room was immaculate, and host was very friendly and helpful, giving guidance on places to visit. Everything was well within walking distance, Vatican 10 mins stroll. Would definitely revisit if travelling to Rome again."

"The place is clean, it’s right behind the Vatican museum which makes it a great spot if you plan to visit it. We had problems with hot water for the shower. The staff couldn’t get there fast so we had to shower with cold water. It’s a shame because it was expensive."

"Best Western was amazingly located near the Vatican and in the heart of things. The staff was great. The room we selected could hold the 5 of us and did just that. It housed us. There were 2 TVs however there was no way for the remotes to only change their respective TVs so we were always fighting with each other. They had a nice 2nd floor outdoor space."

"Marco was the absolute best! He took amazing care of us, and was super helpful with getting us familiar with the area! The location is fantastic, super easy to get around and right next to a bus stop. Definitely felt safe and comfortable while staying here!"

"The room was comfortable and clean and convenient to cafes and groceries. From here, we walked the entire city! Our only issue was the bathroom being separated and locked away from the bedroom, Though I can see it is difficult to resolve with the layout. :)"
