Loved where this hotel is located! Its a 20 min walk to doges palace AND a 20 minute walk to the train station therefore very convenient to get to everywhere. The room is a decent size with a spacious washroom. Just be warned that the tub is very slippery. My husband actually fell getting out and just narrowly missed hitting his head on the bidet. Other than that, a good 3 star hotel.

Shower was barely a trickle, very small and the bathroom outlet didnt work. Room was warm. It was supposed to overlook the Rialto Bridge and didnt. It was very hard to find.

It was in a great location and walkable from the water taxi we took from the airport. Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And it offered a wonderful breakfast to start our day. What more can you ask for?

I booked a canal view room but i couldn't see full view of canal thru 2 windows plus they told me if i open the windows then my AC will shut down. Later i realized that some room with little balcony, so wonder why i was charged for canal view which is not justified !!!

A beautiful old-fashioned hotel with a splendid breakfast. Many eateries nearby and the convenience of a supermarket. I would recommend this to anyone. I will be going back from my third stay in July 2024.
