"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. "Lovely room and grounds. Green forest behind. Lots of birds to see including the resident peacocks, Gino and Gina. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to Venice and surrounding areas. The staff are very helpful in guiding you in your travels. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh scrambled real eggs, nice crispy prosciutto bacon...lots of fruit and most important coffee!!"

"Great hotel! They have a shuttle from the airport for 8 euros per person. Pricey, but better than the bus. It was clean, nice, and seemed luxury for the price. "

"Previous reviews had me worried but this is a great hotel in an ideal location for travelling to Venice and further afield. Buses and trains within two minute walk and good breakfast. Staff were so helpful with checkin times very flexible and rooms are comfortable. I could find no fault in the hotel. "

"Amazing experience at the hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, we felt safe in this hotel as they lock the door at night. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Feels like home to stay here. The location is not walkable to the train station but there are buses nearby that go straight to Venice. Overall, amazed by the hotel and the great value. "
