"Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel and its excellent service. I will come back here soon!"

"Absolute heart of Hanoi old quarter, so convenient to all that Hanoi had to offer. Staff are absolutely fantastic, polite, knowledgeable and great commands of English. Breakfast is a superb affaire, great variety of western and Asian dishes. I would definitely stay here again, we had 3 great nights in Hanoi."
