This house was perfect! From the lovely kitchen, and open living space, to the spacious bedrooms and awesome basement with a spectacular gameroom area!! "I chose the location based on its proximity to a family gathering in Mary Mumford area of Richmond. I also knew Carytown, VMA and Windsor Farms were within easy walking distance from the location for our daily explorations on foot. We were so delighted to have lucked into such a lovely space. "The positives first the property manager was very friendly and helpful the check in process was easy property was clean had an nice time especially loved the wildlife in the bay! Something's I wish I knew before I booked the pictures are pretty outdated so the dock that we were hoping to fish on was in complete dis repair it was not safe to go on at all a little disappointing but it is off season. "This is a great location - may be the closest spot to stay on the way to the park that includes the beach. Accommodations are simple, but the price is right. We stayed here with 6 adults. The pull-out bed downstairs was cracked in the middle so the mattress sagged. I told the host about it after we left and he said he had a guy who would fix the bed."

"What a wonderful place to stay for JMU graduation. Location is close to campus and all the space allowed our family to stay together and enjoy each other’s company throughout the weekend. The house is exactly as described and has so many amenities. We were also able to fit in a hike and take in the spectacular views. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future."
