"Our one night stay got off to a dreadful start when we could not get into our room at 1830 prior to Eng v Bosnia, KO 7.45pm. Had to abandon our belongings at Reception and headed for the game. Returned at 10.50pm to find out that we were still locked out of our room at the battery for the card operated door handle was flat! Fortunately the Manager at Reception was apologetic and gave us 2 complimentary free drinks at the bar and breakfast. Peaceful night’s sleep , woo hoo! Great rainfall shower...

"We were happy to find a good hotel with a great location at the last minute when our flights were cancelled at 8pm. The price was reasonable too. The reception staff were very welcoming and we had a comfortable night, though don’t know why the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, the mirror was still steamed up in the morning (we’d left the door shut as suggested so as not to trigger the smoke alarm)."
