"Apartment small but entirely functional for our needs as were out and about most of the 6 days we stayed there. It got easier once we found out how to avoid climbing up the steep Plimmer Steps ( by judicious use of nearby elevators and lift). Some small improvements would include glassware, crockery and cutlery settings for 4 people ( even though only a 2 person unit). This would allow us to have visitors very occasionally and not to have to wash our dishes quite as often. Also, the two external...

"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Bolton for the weekend while we were visiting family in Wellington. It is a beautiful, clean, and modern hotel. Our room overlooked the cemetery next door, which rather than being morbid, provided a aesthetic and serene vista in the heart of the CBD. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was modern. I will definitely be returning."
